Terms for seminars, training and Academy formats

These terms apply to seminars, workshops, talks, coaching and educational formats supplied by CTPM Academy, an offering of CTPM – Stefan Müller. Website listings are not binding offers. A contract is formed only after a specific offer or booking is confirmed and accepted in text form.
Scope, learning objectives, format, duration, participants, date, location and price are defined in the service description and confirmation. CTPM+ denotes additional transfer-, role- or company-specific content only where included. Customers provide the information, equipment, access and safe environment required for delivery.
Regulated, safety-critical or highly specialised content may require a qualified sector expert. Academy seminars do not replace legal, tax, medical, safety or other regulated advice. Prices, payment, cancellation, minimum attendance and changes follow the individual offer and the detailed German terms. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights remain unaffected and are explained separately where applicable.
Materials and recordings are protected by copyright and licensed only for the agreed personal or organisational use. Liability is unlimited where required by law; otherwise it is limited in accordance with the detailed German terms. German law applies subject to mandatory consumer protection. In case of differences, the contractually agreed version prevails.
